About the lab

Not A Coder Lab is run by NotACoder: one person, no coding skills, a lot of curiosity.

Everything here starts as an idea or a sketch on paper and gets built with AI tools. The goal isn't to look like a professional studio. It's to find out honestly what's possible today for anyone willing to try.

How things are made

The ideas, choices and drawings come from me. The code, the stories' first drafts and much of the animation come from AI, guided, corrected and redone until they look right. The journal tells how each piece came together.
